Can fat rolls at the back of the head be removed?

In general, the answer is yes. The degree of success of the procedure depends on the composition of the rolls and the surgical maneuvers required to remove them. For example, Rolls of the back of the head that are primarily comprised of fat without much skin excess can be easily treated with some focused liposuction. Rolls of the back of the head that are caused by skin access, in contrast, may require surgical excision of that extra skin. In some instances, in which there is both excess fat and significant excess skin, some liposuction and skin excision may be required. In cases in which there is only moderately loose skin, a skin tightening device such as AccuTite or FaceTite may be used. Depending on the amount of excess fat in these cases, liposuction may be employed as well.
